Organic Waste Added to the Machine
- BUIK can process all kinds of food waste
- Protein (meat/fish) is essential in this process

- BUIK菌
- ⽔分調整(⽶ぬか)
Required Material Added
- BUIK Bacteria
- Water Balance Content (Example: Rice Bran,Corn Cobs,etc)
処理開始
- 熱を加えながら⾼温発酵処理を開始
- BUIKが活発になる70−80度まで温度を上げる
Start Processing
- Fermentation process begins by adding heat and automatically rotating the materials in the machine.
- Increase the heat to 70-80Degree (C) which is the best temperature for the BUIK bacteria to process the waste

- パネルで温度調整と監視
Monitor the Process
- Monitor the temperature of the process and the amount of heat applied during the process.
熱処理終了
- 約8時間後に熱処理終了
- 振るいにかけて不純物を取り除く
Finished Processing - Sieving
- The process completes on an average of 8 hours.
- Sieve the finished products to remove any inorganic
生成品完成
- 不純物を取り除いたら完成肥料や飼料に加⼯されるB菌完成
Process Finished
- After removing the inorganic, the finished product is ready to be made into BUIK Organic Fertilizer or BUIK Organic Feedstock Additive.
